Professional background
Mihail was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and qualified as a notary in 2016. His professional biography records a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from Oxford Brookes University, awarded in 2014, and higher rights of audience in criminal proceedings.
He also completed the Diploma in Notarial Law and Practice offered by the Institute of Notarial Studies in Ireland. His notarial practice states that it is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury and that he is a member of The Notaries Society.
