What the tools store
Your route-finder answers and budget figures are held in the page while you use it. This application does not send those answers or figures to a database or an email address.
Checklist ticks are saved in local browser storage where available, separately for each profession and destination. Use “Clear this checklist” to remove that checklist, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove all saved checklists. Browser storage is not a secure document vault.
Exports and external sites
Exports are created in your browser and downloaded to your device. They are not sent to us. Store and share them with the care appropriate to their contents.
Official-source links open third-party websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts; Google receives the connection information required to serve those files.
Hosting and access
The hosting service may process ordinary technical access information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the site. MyClinicalJob does not include advertising trackers or user accounts. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from the planning tools.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe, we store your email address, optional profession, consent version and confirmation dates on our Hostinger service. We send a confirmation link first; only confirmed subscribers receive the monthly newsletter. Hostinger processes email delivery. We use a hashed network address for short-term abuse prevention, not advertising.
You can unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter. Unconfirmed signups expire and are removed after 30 days; an unsubscribed record is retained to respect the opt-out. Newsletter data is kept separately from the public website files and is not shared with recruiters or other project mailing lists. Contact newsletter@myclinicaljob.me.uk for a data request.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not enter passport numbers, patient details, medical histories or confidential employment information into these tools. There is no document upload service in this release.
