Map who needs what
Create a separate list for the regulator, employer and immigration authority. Record the issuer, recipient, format, validity period and whether it must be sent directly. Your exact route determines what is needed.
Understand verification
Primary-source verification checks information with its original issuer. A certified copy confirms a copy against an original. Notarisation, apostille/legalisation and translation are different services. None should be treated as an automatic substitute for another.
Plan the timing
Check expiry windows for good-standing evidence, police certificates, tests and health checks before ordering them. Leave enough time for universities, regulators and previous employers to respond.
Keep an accurate professional history
Reconcile dates, job titles, training, gaps and part-time practice across your CV and applications. Ask referees before giving their details. Keep copies of what you submit and the version of the checklist you followed.
Protect your information
Use official portals and verified contact details. Share sensitive documents only when needed, with the correct recipient. This site does not accept passport scans, certificates or patient information.
Use this to organise questions. Verify your own registration, immigration, tax and entitlement position with the responsible organisation or a suitably qualified adviser.
