Our role
MyClinicalJob is an independent information project for UK-based healthcare and veterinary professionals researching work overseas. We separate qualification recognition, professional registration, employment and work rights. Guides and tools identify questions and official starting points; they do not decide an application or provide individual professional advice.
Sources and verification
We prioritise the responsible regulators, public authorities, primary legislation and public employers. A source marked “Summary checked” records a review of the linked material for the stated edition or source date. An “Official starting link” identifies an authority to consult; it does not mean that every current requirement has been independently reviewed. A blocked or unavailable source remains a verification limit, not evidence of approval.
Conditions that change the answer
Qualifications, award dates, training, internships, current registration, recent practice, language, scope and supervision can change a professional route. We distinguish a qualification-recognition procedure from permission to practise. Guidance and proposals are not presented as legislation already in force. We avoid unsupported promises about eligibility, fees, processing times, vacancies and salaries.
Publication, event and review dates
An article’s publication date identifies our article. An event or source date identifies the policy or announcement discussed. A source-review date records when a summary was checked. These dates are not interchangeable, and an older rule is not described as new news. We do not advance review dates or sitemap dates simply because a build, design or metadata changed. Archived material keeps its historical context.
AI assistance and review
The site’s research summaries and editorial material are prepared with AI assistance from linked sources. No individual clinical, legal or other professional review is claimed unless a particular page records an evidenced review. The founder’s professional biography is not a clinical credential or an attribution of authorship to every article. Automation can make errors; readers should consult the current authority before committing to an application or payment.
News and explainers
We distinguish verified developments from practical explainers. A useful explainer may discuss an established route without implying a new announcement. Source selection and article dates should make that distinction visible. Daily coverage is an editorial aim, not a guarantee that three new policy changes occur every day. Corrections or a lack of verified developments take priority over inventing news.
Independence and other services
This release provides information, not job placement, sponsored rankings or paid referrals. A named provider or linked professional website is not an endorsement or a requirement to buy a service. Any later material sponsorship or referral interest must be disclosed where it is relevant. The disclaimer explains the founder’s separate professional activities and the applicable boundaries.
Corrections and contact
For a factual correction, email newsletter@myclinicaljob.me.uk with the page URL, the statement to check and a current official source. Do not send patient information, passport copies or confidential employment documents. A local correction-template download does not send us anything. A report is a request to review the material, not a promise that a suggested change will be accepted or that individual advice will be given.
Tools, privacy and responsibility
Route-finder answers, editable budget assumptions and checklists are planning aids. Read their assumptions, check the relevant authority and keep your own records. The Privacy page explains browser storage, newsletter data and optional analytics. The Disclaimer sets out the information-only scope, professional boundaries and rights that remain protected.
